This blog is designed to be a training log for anyone that is running or riding in a fundraising event for Anneliese's Road Racers for Research. AR3 raises funds and awareness for Neurofibromatosis research. NF is a neurological disorder afflicting 1:3000 people. If you are on this site you are most likely aware of Anneliese's story and have some knowledge of NF. If you would like to run an event for our team and use this site to log your training then email me and I will set you up with access to this blog.
My next scheduled event will be the Indianapolis 500 Minimarathon which offers a half-marathon and 5k event. You can register online at that site. Registration generally fills up by Thanksgiving for the May race. I will give you details on registering with our team as the event draws near.
